What is the course about?

This course is about having fun and learning something new at the same time! Located in the beautiful city of York, England's second most popular tourist city, you will spend half your day at our training centre, Peasholme House, with a small group of like-minded people enjoying relaxed, interactive lessons in which you will learn new vocabulary and develop the English you need to communicate with real people in real situations. And in the second part of your day, you will be putting what you lean in the classroom into practice immediately by being a tourist and enjoying the many sights, coffee bars, traditional English pubs and restaurants, shopping and chatting with people you meet. Chat with our friendly trainers and staff during accompanied coffee and lunch breaks, as well as during our social programme, too. They'll be happy to share their knowledge of the city and the best places to visit, including further afield. With two national parks, traditional market towns, and the Yorkshire Coast with its picturesque fishing villages and beaches, Yorkshire has something for everyone.
