We offer a wide range of accommodation options to suit your preferences and budget, ranging from homestay to hotels.
Homestay
A homestay allows you to be fully-immersed in an English-speaking environment and experience family life in Britain. Homestay accommodation is divided into two categories: Standard and Executive.
Hotel
Our accommodation placement officers can help you find a suitable room at one of the local hotels, guest houses or B&Bs in the area. Single rooms are available with private bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
Self Catering
We can arrange self-catering accommodation in the city centre on demand. They include as standard 1 or 2 double bedrooms, Wi-Fi, utilities, washing machine and TV. If you are interested please get in touch.
Homestay
Our Homestay accommodation service is an excellent way to experience English hospitality and to be fully immersed in British culture. Our priority is to make sure that all our participants feel happy and comfortable during their time with us, and this starts with providing a welcoming Homestay family.
We have a large selection of Homestay providers, most of whom have worked with us for a long time. We ensure all our Homestay providers are sensitive to the different needs and cultural backgrounds of our students, and we always try to place students in the most suitable Homestay available.
Both Standard and Executive homestays are available. Standard homestays (single room with sharing bathroom) are up to an hour from Peasholme House (walk or short walk + bus) while Executive homestays (single room) are within thirty minutes’ walk from Peasholme House. All our Homestays are situated either within walking distance of the school, or on a good bus route.
Our Accommodation Officer visits each of our Homestay providers regularly to make sure the homes are suitable for our students. We take into account personal preferences when placing participants with hosts, and any requests made at the point of booking will be carefully considered.
